Weston Park Country House is set in around 1,000 acres of park, landscaped by Capability Brown. We will be having private guided tours of both House (the Curator) and Garden (the Head Gardener). The 17th century Hall is a Grade 1 listed building with the Temple of Diana Orangery and the Stable Block being listed as Grade 2.
There is an extensive art collection with works by John Constable, Anthony van Dyck, George Stubbs and Claude Joseph Vernet to name a few.
There are also many examples of furniture by Thomas Chippendale and a room with tapestries from the Gobelins Manufactory dating back to the 1760s.
The gardens contain a Grade 1 listed Roman bridge which crosses the Temple Pool in a single stone built arch.
The coach will depart from Yateley Road as usual. Please meet at 9.00 am ready to depart at 9.15 am. We aim to leave Weston Park around 4.00 pm – 4.30 pm.
Cost £66.00 per person

refreshments on arrival and a two-course lunch and gratuities.
